Koby Storm Roberts
Let’s meet Koby! Koby is an experienced coach who has worked with many athletes in a CrossFit box or through his personal training business over the last 9 years. After being a dedicated hockey player in his youth, Koby discovered CrossFit and found it a fun way to exercise once out of competitive sport! If you’ve met Koby, you would notice his enthusiastic and welcoming personality so it is not surprising his favourite part of CrossFit is bringing people from all walks of life together in one shared space. In his free time Koby loves to run, swim and bike- it’s even common for him to bike all the way from Bronte when the weather is nice! Koby is an avid runner and his favourite movement in CrossFit is running and enjoying the outdoors.
