Kids Summer Camp 2024

Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to encourage kids (ages 8 to 12) to love exercise.  Kids will learn and practice safe fitness routines with our experienced team, participate in swimming and outdoor play, and have fun with other kids their age creating crafts and playing a variety of games.  The program is designed for all fitness levels and all camps include instruction on safe equipment usage.

Meal and snack breaks are scheduled throughout the day and there will be an option for provided lunches to be purchased (details provided upon registration).

Our camp runs from Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm on for the following weeks:

June 17th – June 21st
June 24th – June 28th
July 15th – July 19th
July 24th – July 28th
August 12th – August 16th
August 19th – August 23rd

Unable to make the 4:00pm pickup, no problem.  We can also accommodate a late pickup for a fee of $75 for the full week.

Our Coaches

Coach Koby

My name is Koby Storm Roberts. I have my CF-L2, CF Gymnastics, CF Aerobic Capacity and CF Advanced Coaching Concepts certificates.

I have 9 years of training experience, with CrossFit, Personal Training and Sports Team Training.

I have worked with many young athletes who play hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer and baseball. Many of these young athletes have gone on to play NCAA D1; including athletes that have gone on to win NCAA D1 National Championships and others who are currently at Ivy League schools.

Coach Andrea

My name is Andrea Robertson. I’m a L1 certified coach with a passion for all things family and fitness!

I have been teaching in the independent school system for over 20 years and live my best life coaching and teaching children of all ages.

Coach Paige

My name is Paige McMillan!  I have my CF-L1 and have been coaching at CFPC since graduating from university.

I am also an OCT certified middle school teacher teaching in the local community.  I am super excited to introduce young people into the CFPC community that I love so much.
